Founded by John Albittar, Green Oak Exteriors is the product of decades of experience, a commitment to quality, and a deep desire to help homeowners in Northern Virginia protect and beautify their homes. Born and raised in Canton, Ohio, John developed a passion for service, design, and construction early on. His journey into the remodeling and roofing industry began with a simple but powerful realization: homeowners were often frustrated with subpar services, unexpected costs, and unreliable contractors. After moving to Virginia 22 years ago, John immersed himself in customer service, sales, and remodeling, gaining invaluable experience in designing and managing various projects. Through these roles, he consistently heard the same questions from clients:

Growing the Green Oak Family
As the company grew, so did its leadership. John’s brother, James Albittar, joined Green Oak Exteriors in 2020. With over 25 years of experience in customer service and management, James brought an unrelenting focus on quality control and project management, ensuring that every project met the company’s high standards. Together, John and James turned Green Oak Exteriors into a trusted name in the Northern Virginia roofing industry.

Yuliya Albittar, another integral part of the Green Oak team, also played a critical role in shaping the company’s growth. After moving to Virginia at age 15 from Ukraine, Yuliya embraced her new home and brought with her a unique perspective and a strong background in customer service and sociology. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer care have helped Green Oak Exteriors establish deep, lasting relationships with their clients.
