We had a leak in our roof that was replaced a year ago by a contractor we did not want to work with any longer. So a Google search for “roofer near me” lead me to the website for Green Oak Exteriors. I called the phone number, but no one answered, so I proceeded to use their online form to reach out. Before I could even start typing my message, James Albittar, the owner of Green Oak Exteriors, called me back less than a minute later! He was so polite and accommodating on the phone and he had me scheduled for someone to inspect our roof the very next day. The work to repair the problem was completed within the week! I’m so happy I found James and Green Oak Exteriors. I’ll be using them for other projects in the future and will recommend them to all our local friends!

I called James Albittar upon recommendation from my dad (he helped him with his roof a couple of years ago). I had already spoken to a couple of other contractors. I found James very knowledgeable, responsible and most importantly trust worthy. I didn’t feel I was being haggled. He provided me pricing upfront, didn’t give me information in increments. He was prompt and straightforward, which made my decision very easy. The service provided was as expected and on schedule. The cleanup was great. I would totally recommend him and his company for your roofing needs.

Typically I don’t write reviews but the Green Oak Exteriors experience was so exceptional I wanted others to know. I had to have a total roof/shingle replacement due to wear and hale damage. Under the leadership of James Albittar, the project was executed with precision as committed. A real plus was James’ accessibility to answer any questions. The project was completed in one day with exceptional quality and service and the worksite (clean-up) left in pristine condition. I have some major house projects on the horizon this spring that will be awarded to Green Oak Exteriors. Other than great quality, service and price I found James Albittar’s ethics and integrity second to none!

I’m thankful to have met John A. knocking on doors and introduced to Green Oak Exteriors a couple years ago.
It wasn’t until my mother’s roof needed replacement from storm damage that we needed assistance, but the insurance was not helping with insuring the repair at all and fighting against it. James A. had excellent communication during this process throughout the whole time with the expectations, updates and the upcoming steps. He is a warrior, he fought long and hard for what seems like over a year with the insurance and inspectors and when things seemed bleak for her, they fought even harder and were able to help my mother’s home get her roof replaced!
I will be recommending Green Oak Exteriors to ALL of my clients, friends, and family because they are that great and I’m so grateful. 10/10

A great experience with Green Oak Exteriors who replaced the roof and siding due to damage from a storm event. Vicki and James were phenomenal with all aspects including communicating the work/timelines/costs, working with the insurance company to assist with filing the claim and having it accepted, ensuring that the new roof/siding would be HOA compliant, and keeping us updated along the way and timely completion. Workmanship was great. No unpleasant surprises and no complaints. Very trustworthy and transparent. Would use them again and highly recommend!
